Thai Shrimp with forbidden rice had a perfect mixture of pineapple, coconut and ginger. Brussels Sprouts with pomegranate molasses were crisp, light and sweet. Bread Pudding and Crem Brule were perfectly prepared with fantastic flavor. Pork Loin special was just ok -- It was well prepared, but it was just pork. Next time I'll go for the sous–vide Lamb Chops.
This place is expensive so be prepared.
